Wrapping up my Belknap Range Hiker patch on a cloudy day… not much to see far away, but up close there was lots. Flora and fauna, oh my!
Hiking Gap Mountain, you get a lot of the fun with less of the hassle. A short drive, easy grades, and an amazing view. What’s not to like?
The fun part of posting any kind of media about my hikes, is that I have a fantastic vehicle to go back and recall the day.

Mt Monadnock in southern New Hampshire is the gift that keeps on giving. Hiked from any side, views abound, and adventure awaits.
A very pleasant hike on a very friendly trail. A balm from the chaos, with narrow, but still good views.
North Uncanoonuc Mountain is the higher of the two, but nonetheless, offers great views, and a quick, kid-friendly trail.
